The "Sweet Song Standard"
includes all the elements of the "Forever in Love" but takes it a step further by offering you the flexibility to
make it our own by including customized vows, a ceremonial add-on, a reading(s) of your choice, and anything special you would
like to include. Together we will craft a ceremony that reflects your personalities, and I will not be satisfied until the
finished product fits you perfectly.

with multiple add-ons; or you want to incorporate elements relating to family heritage or traditions, this
personalized ceremony package is guaranteed to leave you with happy hearts and wonderful memories. Some couples like to center
their weddings around certain themes or even dress up like characters from movies; whatever your passion, I will work with
you to create vows that totally correspond with your theme and center your entire ceremony around your thoughts and ideas,
and if you like, I will even dress up, too. "From Here to Eternity" is a fully custom-written
ceremony that is written totally for and about you. Your ceremony will be so much more than just some words that accomplish
a mission. It will be unique, meaningful, full of love and caring; and most of all it will be a one-of-a-kind
ceremony that you and your guests will remember and talk about for years to come. With the "From Here
to Eternity," you will also have the option to include multiple readings and up to three ceremonial add-ons. This is
the ultimate ceremony package for the couple who genuinely want to have a ceremony that is "all their
own.". It even includes a Rehearsal with you and your Bridal Party to prepare you for your special day.

DESTINATION WEDDINGS
I
am willing to travel anywhere you would like to hold your ceremony and distance is not an issue. The fee will be based on
the Ceremony Package you choose, and time spent making your day perfect! I have a lot of resources available to me that would
help enhance your ceremony and am prepared to use them to your advantage in making your ceremony the amazing work or art that
you would like it to be. Mileage, Lodging and Air Travel, if required, will be added to all packages.

It has been said that a successful
marriage requires falling in love many times, always with the same person. The real act of marriage takes place in the heart.
It is a choice that lasts long after our wedding day and should be reflected in the way we treat and interact with our spouse.
But sometimes life gets in the way, and it isn't always easy to hold on to the same loving feelings we had when we said our
"I do's". God cares deeply for all of us and desires that our lives be full of peace, joy, and contentment, free
from all the pain and stress that the world sometimes offers. Tough issues plague our society and bring pain to our lives
which in turn can cause problems in our marriages, leaving us in search of answers. This is the basis for my book "Secrets
to a Deeper Love." I have an awareness of these issues and it is my vision and passion to help others deal with them;
not only in their lives, but in the lives of others with whom they care deeply. This book is also a great Pre-Marital Counseling
tool and has even helped couples resolve marital issues after the wedding day.
Rehearsals
- $0 ~ $100
Many venues have dedicated Wedding Coordinators who run Rehearsals for their couples; however,
if yours does not, I would be more than happy to orchestrate one for you. I am always on site an hour prior to the Ceremony
and can do a complimentary walk through at that time. Or, if you prefer to hold your Rehearsal the evening prior to your ceremony
I can do your Rehearsal for an additional fee of $100. I can also send you a detailed Rehearsal Guide if that would be beneficial.
Please note that lodging costs will be added to all packages requiring overnight stays due to a Rehearsal.
Pre-Ceremony/
Wedding Music - $100 - [Music Before and During your Ceremony]
This includes wedding music up to one (1) hour
before your ceremony, the Bridal March, or your choice of Processional and Recessional and any other music you might want
played during your ceremony.
[Any special music must be supplied to officiant prior to the start of the ceremony]
Ceremonial
Add-Ons - $50 each
If a Ceremonial Add-On is not included as a part of the Ceremony Package you choose, you
may add one or more at a cost of $50 each. Please note that this charge is for writing the information pertaining to the add-on
into your ceremony and does not include any of the supplies required to perform it. I do not furnish supplies for add-ons,
and they must be provided by the couple. Most supplies: candles, sand, vases, doves, boxes, etc. may be purchased from a local
craft store or online distributor.
Meal Blessing - Complimentary
Many couples have
a family member perform this function; however, if you would like me to stay and give a blessing before dinner, I would be
absolutely honored!!! I consider it a blessing to be a part of your special day and to be able to return thanks would be my
sincere privilege.
Writing Service - Fee will be based on the Package chosen from the above offerings,
minus travel expenses.
I often get calls from couples who have asked a friend or family member to officiate
their wedding, but many times the person chosen does not feel comfortable writing the ceremony. If this is your case, and
you would like your ceremony to be personally written by an experienced professional, I would love to work with you. I will
custom write your personalized ceremony to your specifications, send you a draft for editing and I will not be happy until
it fits your desires and expectations perfectly. Once you and your fiancé approve your dream ceremony, I will finalize
it and deliver it to you in a beautiful keepsake binder, along with a copy in easily readable format for your Officiant to
use on the day of your wedding. Do not settle for less than your heart's desire. If I can help you, please do not hesitate

NOTE: I often officiate more than one
ceremony per day, and it is imperative that weddings begin promptly at the time they are scheduled. When a ceremony starts
late it not only cuts into the next couple's time, but it also makes traveling stressful as I drive to the next destination.
There will be a $50 per 15-minute late fee for weddings that do not start on time. This fee protects my couples from being
inconsiderate of one another and to allow me to do the best job possible in providing each of my couples the great service
they expect and deserve. If more than 15 minutes late I reserve the right to cut out part of the ceremony to compensate for
the time difference. I do everything within my power to make your ceremony perfect and I want your wedding day to be a beautiful,
memorable experience. Starting the wedding on schedule helps that to happen. Thank you for your consideration and I appreciate
your understanding.
The Couple gives permission
and shall allow The Officiant to post a photograph(s) of them with The Officiant (or any other photos taken by the Officiant
or her Representative during the wedding ceremony) on The Officiant's website or other social media for viewing by the internet
community. The Couple acknowledges that this is for promotional purposes only and they do not expect to receive any compensation
of any kind. There shall be no expiration for this permission.
BOOKING AND
REFUND POLICY:
I officiate all my own ceremonies and take great pride in the fact that each one
is delivered with "heart" and "passion". Booking is first come, first served and dates are held
with a 50% NONREFUNDABLE deposit, the remainder of which is due 30 days prior to the wedding day.
Deposits are remitted and accepted in good faith, and from the moment of initial booking, until the moment of "I do,"
my services are all about the couple and crafting a ceremony that mirrors their thoughts, dreams, and emotions perfectly.
If by chance a couple finds it necessary to change their ceremony date, that couple may reschedule their wedding once, with
all monies being fully transferrable to the new date, provided that the wedding is held within one year of the original date,
and my schedule permits me to officiate the ceremony at that time. Additional rescheduling will incur a $150 rescheduling
fee. After two reschedules, all monies paid will be forfeited and any further reschedules will be treated as new bookings.
Ceremonies booked within 30 days of the Wedding date will require payment in full at the time of booking.
In
the event I am sick, or unable to officiate a wedding due to circumstances beyond my control, Abigail Layman, Sweet Song Ministries
Team Member and Professional Wedding Officiant will be on site to officiate on my behalf. Abby is a truly gifted professional
and will totally knock it out of the park with her caring and love for what she does..
