Situate in a secluded woodsy cove, just outside Buckhannon, West Virginia, is a welcoming gazebo surrounded by lush greenery, chirping birds and all the wonderful things a country setting is known for.  Our Serenity Cove provides a beautiful alternative to the hustle and bustle of larger weddings, and couples find it to be a perfect get-a-way for a quiet, intimate elopement or small, private ceremony with immediate family and friends. The really great thing about this location is that it's use isn't confined to the daytime hours. After dark, it magically transforms into an OH SO ROMANTIC nighttime escape, surrounded by the soft glow of tiki-torches and candles. I am not set up for receptions, but am prepared to recommend several wonderful restaurants in the area who can accommodate your needs.   I provide wedding music prior to the start of the ceremony, a processional song of your choice and because many of my ceremonies are elopements or small, intimate weddings with just the bride and groom, I give couples an opportunity to share their first dance as husband and wife following their ceremony. MESSAGE FROM PASTOR PAM:  Please keep in mind that my home is located in an outdoor country setting and is susceptible to all the wonderful sights and sounds of nature that make this the relaxing tranquil location that my couples have come to love and enjoy. I do everythng within my power to ensure that your visit is an enjoyable one and strive to make your wedding ABSOLUTELY perfect in every way. However, as diligent as I am, some things are beyond my control and I hope you will please understand and not be disturbed by occasional elemental weather changes and unexpected sounds of nature; i.e., wind, rain, dogs barking, traffic, etc. Weather conditions are unpredictable and as all of us know, they can change at any time. In the event of bad weather, I can arrange to officiate your marriage at a local church. If this is not a viable alternatives, it is suggested that a safe and secure second option be arranged in order that your ceremony can proceed as scheduled. If a second option is not secured and your ceremony has to be canceled, I will be happy to transfer any monies paid to another date and time of your choosing provided that my schedule permits and I am available to perform your ceremony at that time.

I have an awareness of these issues and it is my vision and passion to help others deal with them; not only in their lives, but in the lives of others with whom they care deeply.   A Complimentary Photo Package is Included with All Countryside Weddings officiated at Heaven's Grace.  This Package includes Unlimited Photos, delivered digitally by email, along with two custom collages, as pictured below, and is limited to only those services officiated at my Countryside Venue.   .  Rehearsals - $100 .  Pre-Ceremony/ Wedding Music - $100 - [Music Before your Ceremony] This includes wedding music up to one (1) hour before your ceremony.  The Bridal March or your choice of Processional and Recessional/ First Dance Song is included with your package.  [Any special music must be supplied to officiant prior to the start of the ceremony] .  Ceremonial Add-Ons - $50 each. If a Ceremonial Add-On is not included as a part of the Ceremony Package you choose, you may add one or more at a cost of $50 each.  Please note that this charge is for writing the information pertaining to the add-on into your ceremony and does not include any of the supplies required to perform it. I do not furnish supplies for add-ons and they must be provided by the couple. Most supplies; candles, sand, vases, doves, boxes, etc. may be purchased from a local craft store or online distributor. .   Writing Service - Fee will be based on the Package chosen from the above offerings., minus photography fees. I often get calls from couples who have asked a friend or family member to officiate their wedding, but many times the person chosen does not feel comfortable writing the ceremony. If this is your case, and you would like your ceremony to be personally written by an experienced professional, I would love to work with you. I will custom-write your personalized ceremony to your specifications, send you a draft for editing and I won't be happy until it fits your desires and expectations perfectly. Once you and your fiance approve your dream ceremony, I will finalize it and deliver it to you in a beautiful keepsake binder, along with a copy in easy readable format for your Officiant to use on the day of your wedding. That being said, there will be a $50 per 15-minute late fee for weddings that do not start on time. This fee is geared to protect my couples from being inconsiderate of one another and to allow me to do the best job possible in providing each of my couples the great service they expect and deserve. If more than 15 minutes late I reserve the right to cut out part of the ceremony to compensate for the time difference.  I do everything within my power to make your ceremony perfect and I want your wedding day to be a beautiful, memorable experience.
