Outdoor weddings are performed at my
home during the months of April through October, with exceptions being welcomed on a case by case basis. During all other
months and in the event of incliment weather, weddings may be officiated inside my log home. And, if you find that you would
prefer to pledge your vows inside, rather than at one of my outdoor locations, that would come as no surprise as many couples
find it a welcome alternative. My gas-burning log fireplace and candlelit setting not only provide the perfect romantic
location for your winter wedding or vow renewal, many find that it is the perfect retreat from a hot summer day as they relax
with a glass of iced cold tea or homemade lemonade. As you cozy into the warmth of my living room you will be overcome
with a sense of "down-home" country comfort, complete with bear rug and primitive decor. I have no doubt that you,
too, will immediately feel right at home. You are encouraged to invite your family and friends, but because of space limitations,

TRAIL OF GRACE
Are you planning a summer or fall wedding? I invite you to
pledge your vows at a beautiful archway which sets strategically at the end of our "Trail of Grace". If you love
the outdoors and enjoy short walks in the woods, you will enjoy the lush greenery that awaits you. The grassy path, lined
with wildflowers and Rhododendron, weave through a "Trail of Grace" and with each step you will be filled with
anticipation of that special moment when you are finally able to pledge your vows to the one you love. Tiki torches will light
your way to a peaceful spot covered with a canopy of sunlit trees and if you would like to get back to nature by walking barefoot,
you are more than welcome to do that. You will be awed by the quiet stillness of God's beauty as you enjoy the melodic sounds
of the birds and realize that the love in your hearts is a precious gift from Him, alone, and it is His goodness that has

TRANQUILITY GARDEN AND WORSHIP CENTER
My Tranquility Garden Gazebo is just one of the beautiful
locations that you may choose to hold your ceremony. The calming solitude of the Garden is enhanced by wildlife, sounds of
birds chirping and all the wonderful things that the countryside is known for. The Gazebo's platform, which is accented by
a beautiful cross inlay, is made even more beautiful by joined gold wedding rings that immediately give the perfect sense
of two becoming one. The really great thing about this location is that it's use isn't confined to the daytime hours. After
dark, it magically transforms itself into an OH SO ROMANTIC nighttime wedding venue when surrounded by the soft light of tiki-torches
and candles. When you find the one you want to marry, your wedding ceremony should be special and I do everything within my

PASTOR PAM'S COUNTRY PASTURE CEREMONY
Are you dreaming of an authentic Country
Style Ceremony but don't know where to start? Pastor Pam's Pasture Ceremony offers you the perfect solution. Pledge
your vows in the midst of a quiet country farm setting surrounded by lush fields and all the sights and wonders that a country

have your wedding photos taken on the old tyme farm tractor or in front of the "not so traditional" arbor. With

CEREMONIAL ADD-ONS - $50
Add-Ons of your choosing may be added at a cost of $50 each. Please note that this charge
is for writing the information pertaining to the add-on into your ceremony and does not include any of the supplies required
to perform it. I do not furnish supplies for add-ons and they must be provided by the couple. Most supplies; candles, sand,
vases, doves, boxes, etc. may be purchased from a local craft store or online distributor. A sample of some of the add-ons

documents all ceremonies held at my home and absolutely NO other Photography and/ or Videography is permitted on the property.
My Photographer makes every effort to capture not only the memories, but the emotions and we are always happy to accommodate any special requests that you may have. Your Photo Package
will include all of the photos taken during your ceremony plus a virtual photo shoot following your ceremony. You may also take advantage of unlimited poses with an
unlimited number of people at any location on my property. Photos will be delivered on a disk, along with a Photo Collage of up to ten (10) of the best pictures and a Vow Collage which is a picture of the two of you
with your vows embedded in it. This is an exceptional package at an affordable price and photos are always of the highest,
most professional quality. Ceremonial Photos are captured at all weddings; however, additional photos are available only with
the purchase of the Photo Package. Please be advised that all photos will be held on file for a period of up to one
year following the ceremony in the event that you would like to purchase them at a later date.

* In the event of bad weather, you may also choose to hold your ceremony in my log home, by candlelight, in front
of a gas-burning fireplace or if desired, in a local church.

Things You Need to Know Prior to Your Countryside Wedding Ceremony?
* I officiate all of my own ceremonies and take great pride in the fact that each and every one is delivered
with "heart" and "passion".
* Ceremonies held at my home are
considered Christian Worship Services and are officiated tenderly, reverently and respectfully.
My only requirements are that couples truly love each other, that they understand the importance and sanctity of marriage
and that they have a sincere desire to be united as Husband and Wife under God's Blessing. That's it!
* We are proud of the quiet, serene atmosphere that is so much a part of our surroundings and are happy to share
that beauty with you and your guests.
* There is no more lovely scenery than that which nature
provides and we make every effort to make our wedding areas beautiful. No futher decorating is required nor permitted.
* I allow one hour per ceremony and ask that you and your guests plan to arrive no sooner than 15
minutes prior to the start of your ceremony.
* Please come dressed
and ready as changing facilities are not available.
* All couples must present a valid
West Virginia Marriage License prior to the start of their Ceremony (Does not apply to Vow Renewals or Commitment Ceremonies)
* Telecommunication devices; cell phones, blackberries, and such must be
turned off prior to the start of the ceremony.
* Personal video recording
devices are not permitted and must be turned off prior to the start of the ceremony.
* Black Hat Photography, Sweet Song Ministries' own Professional Photographer/ Videographer documents all ceremonies
held at my home.
* No other Photography
and/or Videography is permitted on the property. [NO EXCEPTIONS].
* An optional Photo Package containing photos of your ceremony plus unlimited
poses of your choice, anywhere on my property, may be purchased at a nominal charge of $250.
Ceremonial Photos are taken at all weddings, however additional photographs are taken
only with the purchase of the Photo Package.
If you opt not
to purchase the Photo Package, please be advised that Ceremonial Photos will be held on file for a period of up to one year
in the event that you would like to purchase them at a later date.
* Your Photo Package will include all edited photos on a disk, plus a photo
collage of up to ten (10) of the best pictures and a picture of the two of you with your vows embedded in it.
* I am always happy to take a few pictures for you, following
the ceremony, with your own personal camera, if you would like.
* A DVD of your ceremony may be purchased at an additional cost of $50.
* Booking is first come first serve and dates will be held with a 50% NONREFUNDABLE deposit with final
payment being due two weeks prior to the ceremony.
* If by chance you find it necessary to change the date of your ceremony, all monies will be fully
transferrable to the new date, provided that my schedule permits and I am available to perfrom your service at that time.
* Short-Notice and Last-Minute Ceremonies are always welcome and in these instances,
immediate payment may be made via PayPal by either Credit Card or Checking Account. I also take credit card payments by phone.
* Price may vary depending upon any special features you would
like to include.
* Guest count is limited to no
more than 10 people.
* Your wedding
is a special moment in your life and if you would like to have your father or other designated person walk you down the aisle,
I encourage you to do that.
* I welcome
the opportunity for you to share the enjoyment of your "first dance as husband and wife" immediately following your
ceremony. Just bring your favorite music selection on a CD and I will do the rest.
* Due to the fact that I only allocate one hour per ceremony, I do not host wedding receptions at my home.
* There is no charge for the use of my home and the only fees are for the ceremony
itself and any other services you would like to add to your package.
We take great effort to ensure that your stay is an enjoyable one and that your needs are met in every way.
* I ask that you please be respectful of the fact that this is
my personal residence and not a public venue.
